The Bouldering Monkey story:
It started out as something to do one Sunday in the summer, when we took our first trip to Port Eynon, Gower to explore the rocks. Since then we have monkeyed our way around every inch of the Gower coastline, beginning at Mumbles.
Within this site is contained not only stories of our jaunts, but pictures and videos of the fantastic Gower landscape, the climbs, jumps and soakings we've undertaken to bring the Bouldering Monkeys experience to anyone who's interested. Also, a 'boarding' section; sand, grass, snow and skate. Various hilarities we've captured are in the Funny Pics and Vids sections. Our most prestigious videos are shown in the Epic vids section. We also have a merchandise section where you can recreate the monkeys-style in your own home.
Please note: We do not profess to be skilled climbers/boulderers/coasteerers, we are however the founders of the new extreme sport/movement/lifestyle termed 'MONKEYING'; in the interests of our exclusivity it is inadvisable to copy or repeat our methods displayed within this site. None of our team has any climbing experience, nor do we use any safety equipment. This you might think is a foolhardy approach to a dangerous activity, but this is the way that our adventures began, and defiantly, how they will continue.
